By using any service provided by Mc CrossHarbour Logistics, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
Mc CrossHarbour Logistics provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:
Shipping services from the USA to Jamaica only
Air freight shipping services
Sea freight services (temporarily unavailable until further notice)
Tax-exempt U.S. shipping address for online shopping
Pickup and delivery services in Kingston and Portmore
Free delivery to select corporate professionals within Kingston and Portmore
Customer rewards points program
Referral incentive program
Package handling, coordination, and logistics support
Mc CrossHarbour Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
Shipments are processed regularly from the USA to Jamaica. Shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather, inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Primary service areas include:
Kingston
Portmore
Islandwide delivery may be facilitated through third-party courier partners at the customer’s expense where applicable.
All shipments are transported strictly at the customer’s own risk.
Mc CrossHarbour Logistics assumes zero liability for loss, damage, delays, or errors related to shipments.
Responsibility begins once a package is received at our designated warehouse or pickup location and ends once the package is handed over to customs authorities, airlines, delivery partners, or the customer.
We are not responsible for:
Vendor or retailer errors
Incorrect customer-provided information
Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our possession
Delays or damages caused by customs, airlines, shipping carriers, or third parties
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk regardless of packaging method.
Customers must ensure items comply with Jamaican and international shipping regulations.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives or hazardous materials
Counterfeit goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable food items
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited shipment may be confiscated, surrendered to authorities, or disposed of without refund. Mc CrossHarbour Logistics assumes no liability for related penalties or losses.
Customers are solely responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, inspection fees, and government charges.
Mc CrossHarbour Logistics assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, seizures, fines, or additional charges.
Customers who refer new clients may receive a JMD $250 shipping credit once the referred customer spends at least JMD $5,000 in services.
Referral credits:
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Are non-transferable
May be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice
Customers earn points based on shipping spend:
$1 spent = 1 point
1,000 points = $10 shipping credit
Points:
Hold no cash value
Are non-transferable
May expire or be adjusted at company discretion
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfers
Cash payments
All payments must be completed before shipment processing begins. Payments are non-refundable once processing has started.
Claims must be submitted in writing via official communication channels within 72 hours of notification or receipt.
Supporting documentation such as invoices, receipts, and photos may be required. WhatsApp messages do not constitute formal claims.
Packages not collected within 7 days may incur storage fees.
Packages uncollected after 30 days may attract additional charges.
Packages uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of without further notice to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.
Mc CrossHarbour Logistics reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on official communication platforms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Mc CrossHarbour Logistics and the customer and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
